Bhumikarsa is a general contractor and MEP contractor based in Indonesia. We deliver civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on a single programme, through testing, commissioning and handover.

The two lines of work can be engaged separately. If you already have a main contractor, we come in as the MEP contractor. If you don't, we deliver both under one contract.

SNI are Indonesian national standards. References follow each project's specification and requirements.

When both are engaged together, MEP sleeves, shaft openings and cast-in items are coordinated on the drawings before the pour. No walls or slabs need to be broken open later.

How we work

Each stage produces documents you can check. Progress, site photos, material approval status and open issues are sent every week, in the same format from start to finish.

About us

bhu·mi·kar·sa
from Sanskrit
  1. bhumi: earth, ground, land
  2. karsa: will, initiative; the third of cipta, rasa and karsa (idea, feeling and will) in Javanese thought

All of our work starts in the ground: site survey, earthworks, foundations. And we only consider a job finished when the building stands, its systems are running, and the owner can use it.

Between the two is karsa, the will to see it through. In the idea of cipta, rasa and karsa, the concept comes from the designers and the judgement is made with the client. Our part is the third: getting it built.
